Anouk van der Weijden: 'I always start the morning with Zonnatura muesli, without added sugars, and with nuts and raisins. I mix that with low-fat cottage cheese, it contains a lot of protein that I need during my training. I also often add fruit, such as blueberries or raspberries. Both real vitamin bombs.'
