Dutch Heart Foundation Launches Vital 6-Minute Cardiac Arrest Survival Campaign

Every week, 300 Dutch people suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital. Alarmingly, only 10% of the 16,000 annual victims survive.

To boost survival rates, the Dutch Heart Foundation has launched the 6-Minute Campaign. The first six minutes are critical: quickly call 112 and start resuscitation to dramatically improve outcomes. That's why experts at the Foundation recommend everyone take a CPR course—and refresh it regularly.

Enroll in a CPR course via the Heart Foundation to master:
– Recognizing cardiac arrest;
– Checking the victim's consciousness and breathing;
– Performing resuscitation;
– Using an AED: what it looks like, how it works, and safe application.

Cardiac arrest strikes at home, work, or on the street. Equipping yourself with these skills is a practical, life-saving step.
