Summer holidays often mean indulging in extra wine, cheesy toast, chips, and cookies. Now, with vacation over, many are motivated to shed those gained pounds—aiming for at least 5 kilos.
A Weight Watchers survey of 1,000 men and women reveals widespread dissatisfaction with post-holiday bodies. Two-thirds wish they'd returned lighter. Notably, one in three women aims to lose 5 kilos, particularly those aged 25-55. Those over 55 fare better: nearly 33% are content with their weight and have no plans to diet.
