A good night's sleep is vital for health, yet demanding jobs can disrupt it. The study identified these sectors where workers average the fewest hours:
1. Care – 4 hours and 15 minutes
2. National Security – 4 hours and 30 minutes
3. Teachers – 4 hours and 35 minutes
4. Journalists – 4 hours and 50 minutes

1. Hair and beauty – 9 hours and 40 minutes
2. Telemarketers – 8 hours and 45 minutes
3. Insurance – 8 hours and 20 minutes
4. Retail – 8 hours and 15 minutes
5. Build – 8 hours and 10 minutes
Participants cited stress (44%) and high caffeine intake (19%) as top sleep disruptors. Over half believed poor sleep affected their health, underscoring its critical role.
