No scientific evidence supports echinacea's role in strengthening the immune system. Antigrippine may help due to its high vitamin C content – the real active ingredient. You're better off simply eating more fruits and vegetables.

Not entirely true. Bacteria and viruses are everywhere – even after washing, touching a doorknob can recontaminate your hands. Soap and water don't fully remove them; hand sanitizer with alcohol is more effective. Overwashing strips beneficial skin bacteria and damages the skin barrier, potentially increasing infection risk. Balance hygiene: wash after using the toilet, gardening, or before eating.
False. Viruses and bacteria are microscopic and can easily pass through most masks.
Not true. Pathogens can enter your body regardless of a scarf.
