Before seconds or another sandwich, they'd ask: "Close your eyes: Does your mouth want more, or your belly?" This helped distinguish taste cravings from true fullness. Tuning in sharpens that awareness, leaving you satisfied.

Growling Stomach Signals

True hunger is unmistakable: a growling stomach, light-headedness, or dizziness. "But if it's just low focus or restlessness, check in— that's not physical hunger," advises Sharon. "A walk or quick break might suit better than snacking."
