The Subtle Slip: 'A Little Too Much' Can Linger Indefinitely

With minor excesses, it's easy to rationalize: 'I'm doing okay, no major weight gain, still exercising.' Blame a busy phase, indulge 'just one more,' and skip the deep dive. Change feels optional.
