Pomegranate Juice Stands Out
A study of 2,000 participants tracked weekly drinking habits and asked them to estimate sugar content. Results showed underestimations of 2-4 teaspoons in apple juice, orange juice, and energy drinks. Pomegranate juice topped the list at a staggering 18 teaspoons.

The Risks of Overconsumption
Experts from the research institute caution against excessive intake, linking it to serious health issues like diabetes, high blood pressure, and cardiovascular disease. The simple recommendation? Opt for water instead.
