Oosterschelde lobster is renowned for its exceptional flavor and sustainable harvest. These lobsters thrive in the wild, with populations shaped by natural factors like abundant food sources, pristine water quality, and optimal temperatures—never farmed.
Harvesting Zeeland lobsters is strictly limited to April 1st through July 15th. Undersized lobsters and egg-bearing females are carefully returned to the sea. During this season, ten top Zeeland restaurants feature a special lobster menu priced at €59.50, each with unique offerings.
