-Bread and baguettes: 1 month.

- Tart base, cake dough, pastries: 2 months.

- Ground meat: 2 to 3 months.

- Cake (cut into individual portions): 3 months.

- Grated cheese and butter: 3 months.

- Fish and shellfish fillets: 3 to 4 months.

- Leftovers from cooked meals, soup, sauce: 3 to 4 months.

- Chicken fillets or drumsticks: 6 months.

- Pork, lamb or veal: 6 to 8 months.

- Beef, game and poultry: 8 months.

- Fruits &vegetables (washed/dried or blanched) :10 to 12 months.

These indicative dates are based on freezing in individual, airtight packages.

List of products not to be frozen

To avoid bad experiences, be aware that some products do not freeze well:

- Milk, yoghurts, creams and other dairy products such as cheese.

- Raw tomatoes, cucumber, salad.
