1. Dilute 1 sachet of magnesium chloride in 1 liter of water.

2. Drink 1-2 glasses of diluted chloride daily for 2 days.

Warning:if the constipation has been there for several days, increase the doses a little. Take 3-4 glasses the first 2 days, then 2-3 glasses for the next 2 days. Reduce gradually.

In case of chronic constipation, take a 3-week cure of 1 glass per day of magnesium chloride, 3 or 4 times a year.
