Hot weather or long days on your feet can leave them swollen, achy, and uncomfortable. As someone who's relied on natural remedies for years, I've found this simple magnesium chloride foot bath to be a game-changer for fast, effective relief.

1. Dissolve one sachet (20 g) of magnesium chloride in a basin of lukewarm water.
2. Soak your feet for at least 15 minutes.
3. Dry your feet thoroughly afterward.
Your swollen feet will feel instantly relieved from the heat. :-) This time-tested grandmother's remedy works well with magnesium chloride or nigari. If using nigari instead, use 2 tablespoons per basin of water.
For enhanced results, add a few sage leaves, as shown in the photo.
Magnesium chloride's salt content is renowned for easing pain and promoting relaxation during foot soaks. Sage helps reduce excessive sweating, which is especially helpful in hot conditions.
