How to prepare and use

1. Dissolve one sachet (20 g) of magnesium chloride in a basin of lukewarm water.

2. Soak your feet for at least 15 minutes.

3. Dry your feet thoroughly afterward.

Expected results

Your swollen feet will feel instantly relieved from the heat. :-) This time-tested grandmother's remedy works well with magnesium chloride or nigari. If using nigari instead, use 2 tablespoons per basin of water.

For enhanced results, add a few sage leaves, as shown in the photo.

Why it works

Magnesium chloride's salt content is renowned for easing pain and promoting relaxation during foot soaks. Sage helps reduce excessive sweating, which is especially helpful in hot conditions.
