While more people embrace healthy lifestyles today, body insecurity remains a challenge for many women. A Styletoday survey of 1,200 women found that 55.9% feel uncomfortable in short clothes, citing their abdomen (51.8%) and legs (21.2%) as top concerns.
Encouragingly, most women stay active—only 22.2% report no exercise. Frequencies include less than once a week (12.9%), once weekly (16.9%), 2-3 times weekly (35.7%), and over three times (12.2%). Popular choices: strength training, cardio, and group classes.
Primary goals? Weight loss (40.1%), muscle gain (30.6%), and endurance building (23.5%). Notably, 38.2% rate their body a 7 out of 10.
