Editor-in-Chief Annalot (44): "Today marked my first real slip-up. During drinks with friends (yes, most wines contain added sugars too—I know), I start strong with cucumber and carrots on the table. But my hand instinctively reaches for the chips bowl. And they taste amazing!"
"A little voice reminds me of the sugar challenge, but I ignore it and bet the joker. I've done so well all week; I deserve this treat. That's the tricky part with sugar for me—it's tied to rewards and good times. Lesson learned; back on track tomorrow."
