This independent platform was created by healthcare professionals Bert Stelder (GP), Mia Hendriks (practice manager/nurse), Monique Hinfelaar (psychologist/care manager), and Marc Hinfelaar (communication advisor). With decades of firsthand experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and health education, they built the site on their own initiative—free from any external influence.
“Late 2020, for our healthcare roles, we gathered neutral data on the vaccines. There was plenty of information, but no organized overview comparing effectiveness and safety. We made simple tables for ourselves and realized others could benefit too. Thus, the website was born. We feature only officially approved Dutch vaccines, drawing objective facts solely from primary sources like the EMA and MEB—no opinions or recommendations.”
