Can wearing glasses lower your risk of COVID-19 infection? Emerging evidence from a Chinese study points to a possible link.

The mechanism isn't fully clear. Glasses could block aerosols—tiny respiratory droplets—or discourage eye rubbing. Larger studies are needed to validate these observations.
