Now, for the weeks ahead, I've got practical tips to help you swiftly return to your healthy routine. Follow them, and you'll shed those extra holiday pounds and bloating in no time.

Expert Tips:

1. Purge unhealthy leftovers from your kitchen cabinets and stock up on nutritious groceries right away.

2. Skip alcohol entirely for one month. If you typically enjoy ten glasses a week, that's over 3,000 kcal saved—equivalent to five intensive workouts!

3. Adopt the 90/10 rule for a month (stricter than 80/20). Focus 90% on healthy choices, allowing 10% for treats or drinks. Lose weight fast without strict dieting.

4. Ramp up training with explosive, interval-based workouts like GRIT, RPM, and BodyAttack. They're ideal for rapid fat burn and reshaping.

5. Watch added sugars, including fruit juices. Smoothies are okay, but limit to one fresh glass daily—no packaged versions.

6. Never skip meals—avoid fasting or hunger tactics that slow your metabolism. Eat regularly: prioritize veggies, fruits, whole grains, fish, lean meats or alternatives. Skip sauces, packets, and sachets for guaranteed results.
