My 4 Massages with Essential Oils.

A good massage can relieve many ailments:each type of massage has its own benefits and, to do this, several essential oils are more or less appropriate. Follow the guide for 4 beneficial massages!

Sometimes I am stressed or tired. At other times I suffer in a specific place, or I want to fight against cellulite that would like to settle. And, sometimes, for just a bit of sensuality...

My 4 Massages with Essential Oils.

1. Relaxing massage oils

In case of stress or fatigue, I recommend a mixture of oils which have the main virtue of relaxing. Plus, they smell really good!

As a base lavender , combined with marjoram, or chamomile, or even orange or rosewood. I just tried the rose, it's divine.

2. Anti-cellulite massage oils

Are you really tired of this unsightly orange peel? How I understand you!

Here the queen oils are:geranium, lemongrass, rosemary, grapefruit, juniper, cypress, rosewood. These oils tone the venous system and the muscles, are stimulating, and regenerate the tissues by fighting against orange peel skin.

This anti-cellulite massage is to be done daily in "cure" periods of 2 to 3 weeks .

3. Pain Relief Massage Oils

A massage oil for tired and sore muscles and joints , is a blend of 2 essential oils of your choice, among juniper, marjoram, rosemary with camphor, pine, turpentine and birch.

These oils are anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic and analgesic.

4. Sensual massage oils

Massage for pleasure , and just for fun, I've already told you about it, it's important.

To do this, choose one of these "magic duos":cinnamon and coriander, savory and rosemary, ginger and cloves.

These oils are made for naughty massages, as they are stimulating and aphrodisiac.

Precautions with essential oils

This is not the first time that we have broached the subject, but a reminder is not superfluous. Oils can have side effects and contraindications. Pregnant women , in particular, abstain.
