Which Oils for an Anti-Cellulite Massage?

Massages are useful for many things, why not use them too to stop cellulite?

To overcome my orange peel effect, certain essential oils go perfectly with my massages.

So no, there was no question! So I turned to my friends essential oils , and I chose several... Come on, I'll give you my little secrets.

My anti-cellulite massage oils

The essential oils to be mixed in equal quantities are:geranium, lemongrass, rosemary, grapefruit, juniper, cypress, rosewood.

Add 5 times the volume of apricot kernel vegetable oil.

These oils tone the venous system and the muscles, are stimulating, and regenerate the tissues by fighting against orange peel skin.

This massage is to be done daily in periods of "cures" of 2 to 3 weeks .

How to do this massage?

- Spray the essential oil on the legs.

- From the top of the thigh to the bottom of the legs, perform a palpated massage rolled by pressure from the surface to the depth of the flesh.

- Repeat several times in order to relax and release completely.

Do not forget that essential oils have some contraindications, and that you must check if you can use them! If in doubt, seek the advice of a naturopath , or your doctor .
