Seven Reasons to Practice Free Weight Training (Without Equipment).

You know my philosophy:it's the simplest exercises that bring the more results.

That's why I'm developing a bodybuilding method that doesn't require any equipment:"Free Bodybuilding".

Here are 7 reasons that should convince you of its effectiveness.

Reason #1:It's Convenient!

In free bodybuilding, no need for a complicated bodybuilding machine . The only necessary object is oneself! You save a lot of space and train wherever you want, whether in your living room, bedroom, bathroom... or outside!

I have personally experienced different places, some cramped like a bathroom, a stairwell, a garage, a laboratory, and others more exciting like a beach, the top of a cliff, a forest...

The bad news for you is that excuses such as "the gym is too far" or "I live in a mini studio" are no longer applicable... Too bad!

Reason #2:It's Effective

In free bodybuilding, we are not helped. No machine is there to correct our posture or our movements for us. We are therefore forced to contract muscles that we would not contract with a machine . Energy expenditure is increased, and the muscular work carried out is more complete.

In addition, and as you will see, free bodybuilding offers extremely effective exercises in their specific area:energy consumption, strengthening of the lower or upper body, abdominals, relaxation ...

Reason n°3:we are making progress in everyday life

Exercises without equipment are close to the movements of everyday life . We therefore improve our posture and our balance, and we feel better every day.

Reason #4:It's Varied

Free bodybuilding can be practiced anywhere , we can vary the pleasures. There are many exercises available. If the weather is nice, take advantage of the green spaces, alone or with friends, interspersing these exercises with walking or running. This way, you don't get bored and your morale is high!

Reason #5:We Don't Get Hurt

Without dumbbells, more risk of injury. We are never overwhelmed by the load . If the muscle is too tired, lie down gently on the floor. With an additional load, it's more complicated:in the best case, you drop the dumbbell and it's the tiles that toast...

Reason #6:Focus on Yourself

No accessories, so only the body counts . So you learn to feel your muscles, your segments, your posture. By knowing yourself better, you encourage your future progress.

Reason #7:It Costs Nothing

With free bodybuilding, you spend nothing but calories . Say goodbye to complicated weight machines, cardio-vascular devices and small accessories that you no longer know where to store.You keep your money !

In conclusion, only bad news for followers of false excuses:all the arguments of the style “the gym is too far”, “dumbbells and machines are expensive” or even “I live in a mini studio” are no longer applicable. We reduce all material barriers to nothing to guarantee our motivation in the long term. Because to stay in shape, you have to see far.
