The approach

I developed the psynetic method following my doctorate in "Sciences of Sport, Motricity and Human Movement". It responds to the problem of this site:live better and at little cost .

She even pushes the logic further by saying that the best results are obtained without equipment, if not a mat or a towel.

Thus, by training at home and without spending a penny, your progress will be remarkable. As long as you do it right!

It is in the simplicity of the method that the practitioner can best concentrate on himself to progress.

Take control of your body

The main goal of the psynetic method is to listen and discover your body to better control it.

It is not a question of aiming for sports performance, nor a bodybuilder's body, but rather of learning to use your body, strengthening it and making it more flexible so that the movements of everyday life are less painful, easier, more pleasant.

Achieving this objective mainly involves working on posture.

Well-being

The practitioner finds a certain well-being in using his body as he sees fit. This state is particularly felt at the end of the session and in the hours that follow.

After a few weeks of experience, it even persists from one session to another because the practitioner gradually applies what he discovers during the sessions to his movements in everyday life.

Concentration is fundamental and must remain inseparable from the notion of well-being. It allows the understanding of one's body, which is a source of pleasure and self-love.

Love your body

Well-being also requires acceptance of oneself and one's body. For this reason, it is important to build a body you love .

Plastic progress (weight loss, more prominent and possibly bulkier musculature) takes time to be achieved.

They cannot and should not happen quickly:they require the practitioner to take pleasure in carrying out the sessions above all.

In conclusion

The psynetic method does not resemble the classic methods of fitness and bodybuilding, where the objective is first to sculpt your body. This goal is respectable, but must happen in a second step:it is first necessary to know how to use your body correctly and to derive well-being from it.
