Method 1

Lying on your back, put your hands in the air, extending your arms to the sky. With two fingers of your left hand, pull on each of the fingers of your right hand, while inhaling gently. Change hands.

Then take your wrist with the whole hand and let it slide to the fingertips. It is important to breathe out slowly while stretching to accentuate the start-up of your body.

Method 2

Still lying on your back, push your heel into your bed with your legs straight. Point your toes to the sky, and hold this position for a full breath. Release.

Then curl your toes towards your heels, and hold the position for a slow breath. Release. Repeat this exercise twice.

Thanks to these very simple exercises to apply, you will fit perfectly into your day! You can also perform new exercises yourself depending on your tension in other parts of your body.

The goal is to relax, without brutal gesture, and thus enjoy your bed for 10 more minutes!
