Factors like genetics (DNA), nutrient intake (vitamins and minerals), and physical activity can influence bone density, making your skeleton slightly wider or heavier than average. However, even in heavier individuals, the difference rarely exceeds 2-4 kilograms compared to those with lighter bones.
