Overeating isn't just about willpower or laziness—excess sugar tricks the body into craving more. Studies show sugary, fatty junk foods impair memory, so even after ample intake, the aroma of treats reignites desire linked to pleasure.
The Solution
Reset your brain's overeating triggers by addressing diet—the core issue. Ditch processed foods laden with sugars and additives. Prioritize fresh ingredients and home-cooked meals. This doesn't require extra time or cost.
