Do something healthy every day this week. Replace a glass of soft drink a day with water, get your warm clothes ready and plan a wellness day for yourself.

Monday:replace soda with water
Replace a glass of soda or fruit juice with water. Even if you only replace one glass a day, it does have an effect on your weight.

Tuesday:avoid the flu
We do not guarantee that you will escape the flu, but by taking good care of yourself, you can give your immune system a helping hand. Get a vaccination if you fall into a risk group, wash your hands regularly. Read our tips to prevent the flu.

Wednesday:wellness day

Thursday:warm clothes

Have you been active in sports lately? Don't let the change of season weaken it. Change your running clothes so you can still get outside, switch to an indoor workout and keep challenging yourself to improve.

Sunday:read a book
You used to enjoy reading, but nowadays you don't take the time for it. Does that sound familiar? Change it today:finally start that book on your bedside table or swap your last read with a book from a friend.
