Do something healthy every day this week. Prepare a winter meal, track your movement and relax in a warm bath.

Tuesday:winter meal
The colder temperatures make us more hungry for a hearty evening meal. You can use the pumpkin ingredient to give soup, salads and casseroles a wintery touch.

Wednesday:tracking movement
There is nothing more motivating than a device that keeps track of how often you are moving. Thursday:sportswear check

Tight pants, shirts that are too short and tight or an outfit that makes you feel uncomfortable distract you and therefore hinder your workout.
