Heal fall and winter ailments naturally

Heal fall and winter ailments naturally

Autumn is here and has settled in well with its ambient humidity, its gusts of wind and its sad sun... It's the time of the first cold snaps, colds and other flus. Moreover, the flu vaccine is coming out these days, in pharmacies. So here's a book that should be of interest to anyone who isn't a drug addict.

Treat yourself naturally as much as possible

With the book "Natural treatment for autumn and winter ailments" , you will be able to find a wealth of information to help you protect yourself against winter epidemics and fight against the chronic ailments you may suffer from such as stress or seasonal fatigue.

This book comes out at the right time since autumn is the time when we generally start to have a little sore throat, or a slight "slack" with the change of time which narrows us a little more. length of days. And particularly, among children, in schools, after the back-to-school lice, it is the return of absences due to gastro!

Don't get me wrong, this guide is not just another book dispensing "nature" advice without effect, since it is a doctor who dispenses all this advice. The products in question are very easily available at home or in pharmacies. A lot of prevention is done in this book, which is rather a good omen since the adage says "prevention is better than cure"! So, why not prepare a lemon and cinnamon drink to stop a nasopharyngitis that begins? And then, you will know all about the benefits of grape, lemon or apple cures, beneficial for joints, blood circulation or immunity...

The book is divided into three main parts. The first explains natural medicine, its use, its risks, its benefits... The second part lists the most common ailments of autumn and the good resolutions to put in place. As for the third part, it is devoted to the prevention of all the evils of winter.
