Baking soda

You can also use baking soda as a gargle several times a day, by mixing a teaspoon of the product with half a glass of warm water.


The tannins contained in tea have beneficial effects on canker sores thanks to their analgesic properties which help to calm pain and naturally heal canker sores by drying them out. You can use green tea or black tea which has more tannins. The only thing to do is to apply an already infused tea bag for a few minutes on the canker sores to make them disappear. You can also prepare a tea and, using a cotton swab, brush your mouth ulcer with the infused liquid.

Cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is known for its disinfectant and healing powers. It can therefore help to quickly treat this benign infection that is a canker sore. You must apply a few drops directly on the ulcer once a day and it will disappear quickly.
