The DMP is your lifelong health record, digitized for easy access via the dedicated dmp.fr website or the DMP mobile app. Anyone covered by social security can create one and close it anytime. Closed DMPs retain data for 10 years before permanent deletion, with automatic closure upon the holder's death.
