There are more and more people with obesity, but apparently that is not only because we eat more and exercise less than previous generations. Scientists examined the diet and exercise habits of 36,400 adults and discovered that our parents maintain their weight more easily. Are you 25 now? Then you have to exercise more and eat less than your parents to reach the same weight. How is that possible? The researchers have not yet decided on that.
