Ever wondered about the true cleanliness of library books? A Belgian TV program, Man over Book, put ten books from Antwerp's library under the microscope.
The findings were startling: two books tested positive for the herpes virus, and traces of cocaine were detected in all ten.
Other bacteria were present too, but at concentrations too low to cause infections except in rare circumstances.
