Fitness Bible for Women-Live has begun. Marije blogs this week about the perfect food list. guess what? It doesn't exist!

And yet this is the name of my own diet plan. Why? In my view, perfect means doing your best!

Do your best…
The aim is to choose a meal (or product) that gives you a pleasant experience. But always look beyond just that one moment. It is a moment of enjoyment, it also makes your body happy and in the longer term it has both physical and mental benefits.

Not; a dish or product that gives you a nice feeling at that moment, and that's it! Because this meal or bite is almost always physically harmful and mentally a downer.

Do you understand the differences?
The perfect nutrition plan provides structure to master the art of choosing the right thing. You will learn this by doing and experiencing, trial and error! Give yourself six weeks to learn this skill.

If it doesn't work out, you never give up, but sigh deeply and go for it again. Don't wait until the next day, Monday or January 1. NEW! Do not think yourself pathetic and say that you will not succeed is out of the question!

How do you deal with the perfect nutrition plan?
Adapt it to your own lifestyle, be creative with the basics it contains and season it with fresh herbs (so no packets, sauce pots or cream) so that you and your family can enjoy it.
