To me, a true goal is tied to a deadline—the date you've conquered it. In Fitness Bible for Women-Live, we focus on two key milestones: your SIX WEEKS goal and your ULTIMATE goal.

Your SIX WEEKS Goal
What will you accomplish by December 31, 2012—six weeks from now? Slip back into those favorite jeans? Drop four pounds or tone up? Whatever it is, declare it boldly. Share it with friends and family, and hold yourself accountable. Trust me, this accountability drives real results.

Your ULTIMATE Goal
Think bigger: What lifelong wins do you envision for your nutrition, training, health, or physique? Struggling to shed those stubborn ten pounds? Ready to ditch unhealthy habits and embrace size 38? Tired of self-doubt and craving pride in your body and life—with more joy, rest, and balance?

Our Shared Journey
Joining FBVV-LIVE means looking beyond December 31. Starting January 1, 2013, we'll tackle your ULTIMATE goal, building on the momentum from your achieved SIX WEEKS milestone and crossing a major item off your bucket list.

Goals turn into reality when they're realistic and attainable. Just as I guide you toward smart choices in nutrition, exercise, and recovery, I'll teach you to craft achievable targets rooted in my years of coaching experience.

Adapt as needed, but never quit—that's my proven advice.
