The Genius Tip to Avoid Foot Blisters in Sports Shoes.

Do you sometimes get blisters on your feet after running?

If you feel your feet moving in your shoes, there is indeed a high risk that a blister will appear.

But blisters on the arch of the foot and heels are not inevitable. There is a simple trick to stop having blisters after running.

The trick is to maintain your foot well thanks to a special knot called "lock knot". How to make this super knot? It's very simple, look:

How to

1. Pass the right shoelace through the last hole in the shoe at the top to make a loop.

2. Do the same for the left lace leaving a small loop.

3. Pass the right lace through the opposite loop.

4. Do the same for the left lace.

5. Pull down on both laces to have a tight knot like a "lock".

6. Now tie your shoelace as usual.

Result

There you go, you've successfully completed the "lock" knot that will prevent you from getting blisters :-)

No more blisters under the foot and in the heels due to feet slipping in the shoe.

With this knot, your foot is firmly held inside your shoe.

It thus prevents the toes from moving towards the tip of the shoe.
