A bodybuilding tip for doing sports at home and in the office.

A bodybuilding tip for doing sports at home and in the office.

Why not optimize your time with a bodybuilding trick that allows me to do sport at home and in the office without thinking too much about it?

I wish I could do more sport but I don't really have the time. If, like me, you don't have much time to go for a run or go to the pool, discover my 3 exercises to do at the office to make the most of your work time.

1. Contract your gluteal muscles.

Every time I'm up, in the subway, when I take the elevator, I make my walk gluteal muscles by contracting them jerkily. I contract, I release immediately, I contract again... I repeat 20 times. I let a small break of 30 seconds pass and I start a new series of 20.

2. Contract your abs in meetings. I can get them to work very simply by lifting my back slightly off the back of my seat and barely lifting my feet off the ground. In this way my abs will have to keep me balanced on my chair and will gain quickly. Do the exercise for a minute, you will quickly feel that it is working. Repeat 3 times for this session. You can repeat as many times as you want per day.

3. Do dumbbells with a water bottle. Complement your efforts by grabbing a bottle of water to use as a dumbbell. Needless to say that the water bottle must be filled... Put your right arm alongside your body and take it off horizontally, hold for 5 seconds and slowly come back down. Repeat 20 times and switch arms. You can vary the exercise by lifting the arm to the side or forward.

Savings Achieved

Nothing beats a session in the gym or swimming pool to get beautiful shapes.

Nevertheless, for those in a hurry, doing these few exercises at the office is a good way to stay on top without breaking the bank with a gym membership.

By doing your bodybuilding at home or in the office, you spend nothing at all, you just lose your excess chocolates and other delicacies! Home bodybuilding is yours for a dream body.

And you, what is your favorite bodybuilding exercise? Do you also do some sport at the office discreetly?
