A Natural Remedy for Body Aches that Athletes Use.

Every time you play sports, you have unpleasant little aches ?

Here's an athlete-approved natural chamomile remedy to fight body aches easily.

The day after a good sports session, we often wake up with aches in the legs, buttocks or shoulders...

To overcome the body aches that make us regret having done sports, there is a natural remedy based on chamomile that I pour directly into my bath. I love it and use it all the time because it is very easy to prepare.

1. I take a saucepan in which I place a large handful of Roman chamomile that can be found at a herbalist or in an organic store, I then pour a liter of cold water then I gently stir everything.

2. I bring the mixture to a boil and then let it heat up my magic potion for a little quarter of an hour , time to prepare a nice hot bath.

3. I run the water and I adjust the temperature to avoid burning myself then when my decoction is ready I add it to my relaxing bath before diving inside to relax.

I stay about 20 minutes in the water doing nothing, until the chamomile takes effect to finally get rid of the aches.
