The Exercises

Rug pusher: Hold for 5 breaths, driving elbows fully into the floor. First round: arms at 45° to trunk. Second round: 90° angle.

Stretching

Prayer: Hold for 15 breaths.

Turtle: Hold for 15 breaths.
