For the Holidays:10 Min of Exercises to Do at Home.

This year, be smarter than the others and anticipate the festive meals with some physical activity.

In just 10 daily minutes achievable at home, or anywhere, and without equipment, lack of time, space and means are no longer an excuse.

The session has 4 exercises that must be performed in a row, all repeated twice. Don't forget the stretches at the end of the session.

The Exercises

Squats: 10 repetitions. In the first round, the feet are spaced shoulder-width apart. In the second round, they are further apart to solicit the adductors (inner thighs).

10 second pause.

Crunches : 10 reps.

10 second pause .

Scissor lunges: 5 reps (for each side).

20 second pause .

Rug pusher: Hold for 5 breaths, pushing your elbows all the way in. In the first round, the arms form a 45 degree angle with the trunk. On the second turn, this angle is 90 degrees.

10 second pause.

Stretching

Prayer: Hold the position for 15 breaths.

Turtle: Also count 15 breaths in this position.

Depending on your abilities, you can change this session by choosing the exercise variants that suit you. Do not hesitate to decrease the number of repetitions if the exercise is too hard. You can also add more, but be careful not to overdo it to maintain your motivation. The goal is to last !
