Fortunately, there is an easy tutorial for making an economical and effective mask with 1 simple sock.

And don't worry, it's as simple as possible! No need for a sewing machine, elastic or sewing.

All you need for this fabric mask is a pair of scissors! Watch the video:

How to

1. Lay a sock flat on the table.

2. Fold the heel over the sock.

3. Cut off the end of the sock that sticks out.

4. Keep the part with the heel and unfold it.

5. Cut the side opposite the heel (the smaller, non-rounded side). If you open the sock:the heel forms a small bump.

6. Fold the sock in half. The heel is in your left hand.

7. 1/2 cm from the right edge of the sock, make a cut. Above all, do not cut all the way up.

8. Cut two sheets from a roll of toilet paper

9. Fold the sheets in 4.

10. Put them in the hollow formed by the heel of the sock.

11. Put your mask on your mouth, adjust it and hang it on your ears thanks to the notches.
