Last year, my skin felt tired and desperately needed a boost.
I'm committed to avoiding toxic products, so Botox was never an option for me.
I needed a superior scrub to banish wrinkles, and as someone experienced with essential oils, I created my own.
The results were incredible! This anti-wrinkle treatment has become an essential part of my skincare routine. Here's how I did it:

To make this anti-aging scrub more effective than Botox, I incorporated two powerhouse essential oils: lavender and frankincense. Both work wonders for the skin.
Pair it with the frankincense essential oil cream I shared here, and you'll enjoy baby-soft skin in no time.
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/2 tablespoon raw Manuka honey (a potent anti-inflammatory for skin)
- 1 drop pure lavender essential oil
- 1 drop pure frankincense essential oil
1. Mix the honey and baking soda into a paste.
2. Add one drop each of lavender and frankincense essential oil.
3. Apply a warm cloth to your face.
4. Leave it on for a few minutes to open your pores.
5. Gently massage the scrub onto your face in circular motions.
6. Continue massaging for 3-5 minutes to exfoliate dead skin and let the oils penetrate.
7. Rinse with warm water.
Your skin will feel renewed with this Botox-beating anti-wrinkle scrub! It's simple, quick, and far better than chemical-laden cosmetics.
Skin may appear slightly red afterward, but it fades quickly. For best results, use 1-2 times per week.
This alkaline exfoliator requires pH balancing—rinse with rose water afterward. Make your own with this homemade rose water recipe.
Follow up with castor or argan oil cleansing in the evenings. A homemade turmeric mask works wonders against wrinkles too.
Beautiful skin starts inside: prioritize antioxidants and hydration in your diet for firm, healthy results.
