1. Banana peel

Take a banana, enjoy the fruit and save the skin. All you have to do is rub your pimple with the inside of the banana peel. You are immediately relieved. It's magic ! Check out the trick here.

2. Lemon

Don't have a banana? You might have a lemon handy. This fruit also works very well to calm the itching. To do this, cut a slice and immediately apply it to the pimple. Guaranteed anti-itch effect!

3. Cider vinegar

This is one of the oldest known home remedies for mosquito bites! As soon as you get stung, grab the bottle of apple cider vinegar. Soak a cloth (or a cotton ball, a piece of paper towel, etc.) with vinegar and apply a compress to the pimple. It relieves right away. Don't have apple cider vinegar? It also works with wine vinegar or white vinegar.

4. Marseille soap

Soap can come to your rescue. The best is to use a Marseille soap. Wet your soap and rub it against the mosquito bite. Let dry without rinsing. You will see that it does a lot of good. No more scratching! Check out the trick here.

5. Aspirin

Aspirin is also effective against itching. Surprising no? Just take some aspirin and moisten it. Put a tiny bit of water. The goal is to make a thick paste and not liquid. Apply it to the pimple, like a poultice. It will pass by itself.

6. Alum Stone

Do you use alum stone as a deodorant? You are quite right. It is a healthy deodorant without toxic products harmful to your health. Perfect for masking body odor! But did you know that alum stone can also relieve the bites of these nasty critters. How? 'Or' What ? Simply by rubbing it against the pimple. Easy, right?

7. Tea bag

It's a great way to recycle used tea bags. The bag should still be wet. Then just rub it against the bite. Did you get bitten? It's time to make yourself a good tea;-)

8. Parsley

If you have parsley in your vegetable garden, or failing that in your fridge, you have an effective way to relieve itchy pimples. Take a few leaves and rub between your hands to release the plant's active oils. Now rub them against the sting. There you go, no more itching!

9. Baking soda

Baking soda has dozens of uses, including treating a mosquito bite. Take some of this multi-purpose powder. Put some water on it and apply the resulting paste to your pimple like a poultice. Depending on where the pimple is placed, put a bandage on it. Otherwise your dough will not stick. Check out the trick here.

10. Spike Lavender

Not only does this plant keep mosquitoes away, but the spike lavender essential oil also relieves their bites. Take a drop on your finger and rub the pimple with it. You will see that it works very well. The advantage is that you can take this bottle everywhere to intervene immediately after the mosquito attack. Practical on vacation!

11. Salt

The procedure to follow is the same as with baking soda. Form a paste by adding a little water. We apply on the button. And presto, no more itching! Magical, isn't it?

12. Onion

The onion is a vegetable full of resources. One of its little-known powers is to relieve itching from bites. You probably have some in your kitchen. Cut a slice and apply it on the pimple. It's effective, but it smells a bit strong, we have to admit!

And there you have it, no need to buy an anti-itch ointment. You must have one of these things on hand to avoid scratching yourself!

At home, what I use most often is the trick with vinegar, soap or baking soda.
