Combat the physical effects of stress

It's fair to say that 2020 was a stressful year. The COVID-19 pandemic has made it a terrifying time for all of us as we deal with the health implications of the coronavirus. Whether you have work-related pressures or an increasing fear of the virus and its effects, stress affects us in a variety of ways, including skin rashes and weight gain. Types of stress

There are four main types of stress – and they all have negative effects.
