Do you take your phone to bed every night? Here's why leaving it out of the bedroom can transform your sleep quality.
Did you know? Many smartphone users aged 18-29 actually sleep with their phone in bed—not just in the bedroom, but right there with them.
It's easy to get sidetracked: just one quick message, a game, or a news check turns into 30 minutes. Leaving your phone in the living room helps you stick to your sleep schedule and wind down on time.
There are far more relaxing ways to unwind than scrolling on your phone. Try reading a book, laying out tomorrow's clothes, jotting a to-do list, journaling, or practicing bedtime relaxation exercises.

Once under the sheets, give your partner your full attention. After a long day, this is prime time for meaningful conversation or intimacy—both great for your relationship and sleep. A smartphone can't replace that connection.
Sleep experts recommend avoiding screens at least an hour before bed. Blue light from phones keeps you alert, hindering melatonin production. Even a glowing notification light at night can subtly interrupt your rest. Keeping your phone out helps counteract this.
