We are brutally pulled out of the holiday feeling. It's January 2nd and we're back to work. How do you get through that first working day?

1. Make yourself presentable

Take a shower, put on a nice outfit. These little things help you feel fitter and fresher. A little under-eye concealer won't hurt if it's late with New Years.

2. Kissing is not mandatory
