Proven Confidence Boosters

Certain life factors significantly elevate self-confidence scores. Women in relationships rate themselves at 7.5, rising to 7.1 when surrounded by friends. Mothers score 7.2, with confidence growing as children age. Notably, 65% of women feel better about themselves when wearing beautiful lingerie.

Weight's Impact

Higher BMI correlates with lower self-confidence. Obese women score 5.9, and even overweight women who exercise rate themselves at 5.4.
