Fitness Bible for Women Live: Real Results from Nearly 2,000 Participants

Nearly 2,000 women joined our online Fitness Bible for Women Live program over the last six weeks of 2012, in partnership with Santé Magazine. As the program creator, I was thrilled to review the outcomes, and I'm excited to share them with you.

I invited all participants to document their results, experiences, and feedback. Impressively, 53% did so.

Key Results
• 93% reported a significant boost in health awareness. The weekly Monday emails served as an effective weekly motivator—exactly as intended in this evidence-based lifestyle program.
• 3% noted it wasn't ideal for those with serious physical issues. One participant used this insight to finally seek professional help after four years.
• Participants (including two men) lost an average of 3.2 kg. One woman from Deventer dropped 6.2 kg!
• Many were already gym members but discovered the joy of new group classes.
• BodyPump emerged as the top favorite.
• 12% joined a sports club; 7% took up running.
