Phase 1

1. Take out compresses or tissue squares.

2. Soak them in very cold water.

3. Add five drops of wintergreen essential oil.

4. Add five drops of bay laurel essential oil.

5. Place the compresses on the ankle.

6. Leave on until the compress has warmed up.

7. Repeat with another cold compress.

Phase 2

1. Mix 5 drops of essential oil of wintergreen and five of noble laurel.

2. Add five drops of arnica carrier oil.

3. Add five drops of St. John's Wort carrier oil.

4. Mix everything well.

5. Put a little of the mixture on the ankle.

6. Gently massage into sensitive areas.

Additional tips
