Say goodbye to impurities with the Dermatological Home Peeling.

Say goodbye to impurities with the Dermatological Home Peeling.

There is nothing like a good natural peel to remove dead skin and impurities on the skin of my face.

Zoom on my homemade recipe.

The combination of clay and fresh fruit is a hit.

Once a month, I treat myself to a good peeling for my face.

My recipe

1. I mix half a glass of white clay with a quarter glass of fresh seasonal fruit juice.

2 . I add (but it's optional) 2 drops of Lemon Essential Oils, 1 drop of Thyme Essential Oils and a drop of Lavender Essential Oils.

3. Here it is up to you to gauge and see if your mixture is not too thick to be spread on your skin. If so, I add a tad of fruit juice.

Instructions

1 . I spread my preparation well on my face in a thick layer. You might as well not spoil your preparation. Haha, I don't look like anything anymore, but I still keep my mask on for 20 min.

2. I rinse with lukewarm water and once very dry, I hydrate my skin with a little argan oil for the face (or even olive, jojoba, rose...) And that's it, it's not very complicated, isn't it?

Savings achieved

I hate not having things under control. Buying a ready-made peeling cream is out of the question. I don't know what's in there, certainly lots of things to avoid. For the organic and natural tubes, I'm fine with it, but I still have to be offered it because I can't afford it.

A 500g pack of white clay doesn't cost me more than €6 and I've got more than a year's worth of peeling! In addition, clay will not be a bad investment for you. It is also useful in the kitchen, in cosmetic care, in your first aid kit and even in the garden!
