Need To Relax? The Easy Recipe for ANTI-STRESS Bath Salts.

There you go, your homemade lavender bath salts are already ready :-)

Easy, fast and effective, right?

All you have to do is relax quietly in your anti-stress bath for about 20 min.

You will thus benefit from the beneficial properties of lavender and Epsom salt.

You'll see, it's super nice to relax in a nice hot water bath that smells like lavender.

You will come out regenerated and completely soothed!

Uses

To use lavender bath salts, pour 4-6 tablespoons of the mixture into your bath, directly under running warm water.

With heat, bath salts dissolve in water and release their pleasant fragrance and soothing properties.

You can also use your lavender bath salts as a scrub .

Just mix 2 tablespoons of bath salts with your usual dose of shower gel.

Gently massage this blend into the skin for an exfoliating treatment and a brighter complexion.

Preservation

Before using your lavender bath salts, I recommend that you let them sit for 2-3 days.

This is because it allows the dried lavender and lavender essential oil to infuse the salts with their sweet scent.

To store lavender bath salts, put them in a small, airtight glass jar so that no moisture enters.

Why does it work?

- Epsom salt takes its name from a saline spring in the city of Epsom, England. Epsom salt is known for its exfoliating properties and benefits for rough areas of skin.

- Essential oil of lavender gives off a pleasant fragrance, known for its soothing properties. It is also used to relieve muscle pain and tension.
