If constipation is a recurring issue, daily natural remedies can help restore smooth digestion. This simple rhubarb and rose petal jam combines proven herbal benefits with delicious flavor, drawing from time-tested traditions for reliable relief.
Experience the ease of making your own gut-friendly preserve at home.

- 500 g rhubarb stalks
- 100g rose petals
- 250 g of brown or light powdered sugar
1. Cut your rhubarb stalks into very small dice (the smaller they are, the faster they cook).
2. Cook them with the rose petals in 1/2 liter of water, adding the sugar when the water boils.
3. Cover and let stew and reduce for 1h30, stirring often (otherwise the sugar crystallizes and the jam sticks to the pan).
4. Pour into jars and let cool.
There you go, your jam against constipation is ready :-)
A jam to eat daily, instead of your usual jam, if you are regularly constipated. It helps your body recover a normal transit.
Rhubarb grows naturally and easily in gardens, roses too.
