DIY Natural remedy for the respiratory tract

Make your own DIY natural remedy for the respiratory tract. A respiratory infection is acquired fairly quickly, especially if the temperatures have changed and the own resistance is not optimal. With this DIY recipe you can make a natural remedy for the respiratory tract.

Supplies

– 2 tablespoons coconut oil
– 5 drops nutmeg essential oil
– 2 drops cinnamon essential oil
– 10 drops eucalyptus essential oil
– 10 drops ginger essential oil
– 3 drops of rosemary essential oil
– Glass jar or bottle

Don't have an essential oil of nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger? Then replace the ginger drops with 10 drops of lemon and 7 drops of eucalyptus.

At warm temperatures, this agent does not become a solid substance, but can be used as an oil, which can be massaged in. The medicinal properties remain the same.

DIY Make your own natural respiratory remedy

1. Work with a clean and sterilized glass jar. First wash the glass jar carefully and then boil it for about 5 minutes. Remove the jar from the boiling water with a clean fork and turn it upside down on a clean tea towel or napkin. Let dry completely before making the Vicks.
2. First mix all the essential oils together by dripping them into the glass jar and then gently turning them back and forth between your palms (so don't shake).
3. Then add the 2 tablespoons of oil, screw on the lid and turn the whole thing back and forth between your palms as well. Place the mixture in the refrigerator. The cold will ensure that the liquid oil becomes a hard substance and is easy to spread.

Do you suffer from colds and flu and are you looking for a suitable natural remedy? Then I advise you to make natural Vicks yourself.

To make this ointment I only use organic essential oil that I order here (this is not an affiliate link, but I think the company is too good not to mention).
